If there is one word to think of when the World (21) has been picked, it is stability. The woman is standing on one foot and holds two objects like she is balancing herself. There is also a strong feeling of symmetry with the four corners showing neutrality. According to many philosophies, perfection is detachment and balance. When I see this card, the concept of Nirvana in buddhism pops up in my mind, like the achievement. I have rarely seen this card having a negative impact on a spread.
